As we both know, there are many unforeseen circumstances that can occur which can lead to an athlete not receiving a college basketball scholarship offer.
We, here at SoCal Sport Scholarships, do promise to keep our end of the business relationship by fulfilling the services you have purchased. This is a binding contract which is on a month to month or year to year basis depending upon which package deal you signed up for. We only ask that you put 100% effort into achieving this goal of becoming a college basketball scholarship recipient, as we will do the same on our end.
Our common goal is to make your dream of receiving a college basketball scholarship a reality.
I, __________________________,however, realize and accept that receiving a college basketball scholarship is not a 100% guarantee. Therefore, I will not hold SoCal Sport Scholarships solely responsible if I do not receive a college scholarship.
